Cottage Rooms
Our most sought after rooms are near the golf course and are for adults only. We have 14 "cottage" rooms featuring real wood burning fireplaces (we supply the wood!) -- some with views of the ocean through the cypress trees across Moonstone Beach Drive.
Rose Garden
We have a variety of rooms to suit everyone, and our Rose Garden is very popular with many of our Senior Citizens and Business Travelers. Again, this is an "adults only" section, we tend to keep our families with children and larger groups near the pool area and close to the hospitality room in an effort to keep all of our customers content.
Double & Queen Rooms
Families and larger groups settle in the center of our lovely grounds near the crouquet and shuffle board games. You are encouraged to relax in one of several comfortable Adirondack style chairs on the spacious front lawn or take some shade in our gazebo! We are very careful to place families with small children in rooms that do not have pool access. Some of the rooms have patios. Let us know how we can best serve your needs!
Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate our guests with roll away beds or portable cots, and you'll have to leave your "furry" family member at home or board them at one of the fine kennels here in town.
We have two rooms for our guests with disabilities. Please call in advance to secure your reservation.
We offer free Wi-Fi, coffee makers, hair dryers, and refrigerators in all rooms. A microwave is available in the hospitality room for your convenience. Some rooms offer DVD players, and all rooms have basic cable television and phones.
San Simeon Pines has an expanded continental breakfast every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. - Sweet Rolls, Muffins, English Muffins with butter & jam, Cereals, Hard boiled eggs, Fruit, Orange Juice, Tea and Coffee are offered.
We do have a 72 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE POLICY. We accept all major credit cards, and a deposit is required for your first night's stay.
